Each product page lists the material, shape, size and whether the design is printed on one side or both. If you want an ornament ready for a particular holiday, please check the delivery timeline before ordering: processing takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 7–14 business days.
Personalising is simple: add the item to your cart, then write the names, dates or short text you want (and say you will email a photo, if the design uses one) in the order notes box at checkout. We print exactly what you type, so please check spelling before you place the order; we do not send a proof or mockup before production.
