\nThis sitemap lists every public page on kinprint.shop and explains how the shop is put together, so you can go straight to a gift, a policy or an answer. The list directly below updates itself: it always shows our current pages and every collection that has gifts in it. Underneath, you will find a guide to each part of the site and what it is for.
\nPeople usually start a gift search in one of two ways. Some know exactly who the gift is for (“something for Grandpa”). Others know what kind of thing they want (“a photo canvas”). Kin Print is arranged so that both routes lead to the same gifts. Every product belongs to at least one recipient collection and one gift-type collection, so you can begin wherever feels natural.
\nThe recipient collections are the heart of the shop and the first items in our main menu:

\nCollections appear in the automatic list above as soon as they contain gifts. The shop page shows everything at once, with sorting options at the top.
\nThe menu at the top of every page lists the recipient collections first (Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Couple, Family), then “Gift Type” for the product collections and “Help” for support pages. On phones, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the same menu. The search icon lets you search for a product by name or by a word such as “ornament” or “sweatshirt”. The cart icon shows what you have chosen so far.
\nThe bottom of every page repeats our key links in three columns: shop collections, help pages and policies. It also shows our business address and support email. The footer and this sitemap list the same pages, so if you know a page exists, you will find it in both places.
\nThe account icon in the header opens My Account, where you can sign in or register, see past orders and their status, and save addresses. An account is optional; you can always check out as a guest.

We do not keep separate occasion collections, because almost every Kin Print gift works for more than one moment. Instead, here is where families usually start for each occasion:
\nWhatever the occasion, remember to allow 1–3 business days of preparation and 7–14 business days of transit, and write your personalisation in the order notes box at checkout.
\nThe search icon in the header searches product names and descriptions. Short, simple words work best: “mug”, “ornament”, “sweatshirt”, “canvas”, “grandma” or “couple”. If a search finds nothing, try a broader word or browse the recipient collections instead. Search results pages are for finding things quickly and are not listed in this sitemap.
\nIf you are new to Kin Print, this is the order most families follow, with the page that helps at each step:
\nEvery page has one main heading, followed by section headings in order, so screen readers can jump between sections. Links describe where they go, tables have captions and column headers, and the menu can be opened with the keyboard. If any part of the site is hard to use, email us and we will help you complete your order and fix the problem.
\nA few pages exist only to complete a task and are deliberately left out of this list and of search engines: the cart, checkout, the order-received page, My Account and search results. You reach them naturally while shopping. Collections without gifts in them yet are also left out of the automatic list until their first products arrive, so you never land on an empty page from here.
\nIf you were looking for a page that you cannot find here, or a link on our site leads nowhere, please tell us at support@kinprint.shop. We reply within 24 hours on business days and fix broken links as soon as we hear about them. Suggestions for pages that would make the shop easier to use are just as welcome; several of our help pages exist because a customer asked a question we had not answered clearly enough before.
